About us


Porvoo Game Club is a table and board game club, whose purpose is to promote the popularity of the above games and to bring players together.
Situated at the heart of Porvoo, our doors are wide open, inviting players of all ages and backgrounds to partake in the magic of gaming.


In Porvoo Game Club you'll find tables and areas to play Warhammer 40k, Infinity, Blood Bowl and more.
Our members have also an access to a station for assembling and painting various miniature games.
Beyond these, explore a collection of board and card games, ranging from Magic the Gathering to Ticket to Ride.


Our meetings are not only a great opportunity to play your favorite games or to try out new ones, but also to develop friendships with like-minded people.

IGDA (International Game Development Association) welcomes everyone interested in game development to our events!

[Magic the Gathering] Streets of New Capenna Draft

Hello fellow cardboard enthusiasts! On Saturday 18.5. we will organize the Streets of New Capenna draft. Starting around 16:00-16:30.

Daily ticket fee: 10€


Discount of 50% for tickets between Monday and Thursday. Cumulative with the 50% off for people in education, military service or unemployment. (E.g. a daily ticket for a student on Monday would cost 2.50€)

12 month membership fee is 250€. (21€ per month)

6 month membership fee is 150€. (25€ per month)


People in education, military service or unemployment receive a 50% discount, so 125€ for 12 months and 75€ for 6 months.

By joining our club you accept Porvoo Game Club Rules:


  1. Keep the club tidy.
  2. Trash in the trash can and empty bottles in the bottle bucket. (If the trash can is full, take the trash bag to the trash can.)
  3. Clean up the game table after use.
  4. Put the grounds and furniture back where they belong.
  5. The tournament/event organizer will vacuum the clubhouse after the event.
  6. The clubhouse grounds, game machines, etc. are for everyone's use (even if you have brought your own grounds or game machines).
  7. Equipment should only be stored in the designated areas. Nothing should be stored on the floor.
  8. Personal items not related to figure playing should not be stored at the club. The clubroom is not intended for anyone's personal storage.
  9. The club is not responsible for any items left at the club.
  10. Club members must be informed of events in the club room.
  11. Any technical faults or other deficiencies in the clubhouse must be reported to the Board members.
  12. Honour other club members and the clubhouse.
  13. Use common sense.
